Building My Muscles and Bulking Up

A few years ago, I was looking in the mirror after my shower when I said to myself that I needed to gain some muscle mass. This was odd; my puniness had never bothered me before. But as soon as I said it I knew it was true. I began working out in the gym, consulting with friends who had been on a muscle-building binge themselves about exercises that I should try and schedules I should maintain. They also gave me some tips on diet and supplements, stressing particularly that I should get some weight gain product to help add to my bulk. I followed their advice, every jot of it, going online to a store they recommended to find what I needed. It worked pretty well. Today when I look in the mirror I am pretty impressed with myself, and I am trying to keep the muscle growth going for now.
